CEBU CITY - Debuting in 2011, Dance Carnival is an Inter-School Dance Competition, pitching some of the biggest school-based soloists and dance crews against each other. After a succession of auditions held in school campuses throughout the metro, a total of 16 soloist and 7 dance crews made it through the final screening. The first Dance Carnival Champiopns are none other than, the dance crew from the College of Engineering of University of San Carlos Tech. Center, Kinesyx
